Do you have rental property in Franklin, Sylva, Whittier, Bryson City, Cullowhee or Highlands but do not live locally? Are your units in need of repairs, remodeling or scheduled maintenance? Look no further. We can partner with you for all of your handyman services, home improvement projects or maintenance needs.
Unfortunately, we hear about the local handyman that starts a project then disappears for a few days / weeks. Once you are on our schedule, we will remain on your job until completion. Additionally, we will not ask for payments up front. Payment in full is due at the time of completion. For the larger projects, payment arrangements will be specified in the written contract.
